What do you cook when you don't have time to cook? Waffles! I put a little fresh ground vanilla and cinnamon in my batter. My house smells so good!!! I have a double waffle maker. It’s great because I don’t need to stand there all day cooking. The maple syrup is not easy to find in Germany. It cost me almost 6 Euros. That’s a little outrageous. But we generally put apple sauce or yogurt or Nutella on them. I’m so glad it’s Friday.
