There are 2 little boys with WACAP that don't have
families. One is born in 2003 and has a repaired cleft lip. The
other boy is born in 2004 and he is wearing a red baseball hat.
He has the face of a little "angel".
Adoption fees are paid by a
donor... and they have
other "angels" who are Promise Children too. When they are Promise
Children it means the adoption fees are paid by a donor.
