Guatemala and Vietnam say corruption, baby-stealing at heart of crackdown

Here is the CNN article. What can you do if you want to adopt? Part of the problem is the desire of parents wanting to adopt new born babies that are healthy. If parents would choose to adopt older children that are waiting/ and with special needs then they could avoid the whole baby selling thing. It takes time to confirm a child is really an orphan. If people would simply get in the waiting child program instead of the waiting parent program we would see much less of this kind of thing.
